Tracy Buller - Lead Elder
Wife to Charles and mother to Sylas, Andre, and Joelle, Tracy enjoys anything that reminds her of a city.  Her family room wall is covered with U2 posters.  She spends most of her spare time at Little League games or reading.

Elder Team
Bryan Mierau, Steve Kaufman, Carrie Jones, and David Beachy are LifeSpring's elders.  Their responsibilities include setting direction and purpose for LCC by being as old and elderly as possible.

Dave Mierau - Equipping Pastor
Dave grew up at LifeSpring, moved away for college and the "real world" for about 7 years, and is now back to serve on staff.  He is currently taking seminary classes online and studies between trips to Starbucks, reading every book written in English, and perusing the U2 website with Tracy.

Daniel Love - Administrator
Husband to Kassidy, Daniel enjoys all ball-sports except ballroom dancing.  His future dreams include a roster spot on the Phoenix Suns with a summer job working for Microsoft.  Daniel is also a high school tennis coach in the evenings.

Brenda Bachman - Children's Ministry Director
Wife to Steve and mother of Jesse, Kyle, and Annie, Brenda enjoys going for long slow walks in the cornfields, watching baseball games, and living in an unintentional community with another family.  Brenda also works as a nurse and diabetic educator in Goshen.

Charles Buller - Friends of the Wolof Supervisor
Husband to Tracy and father of the same kids she has, Charles also drives a truck for Mission Woodworking around the country.  He passed up a career on the Senegal national basketball team before coming to the U.S.
